And thus the name made it's way into our modern world. Although the oddball name may have little to do with the actual technology which is hardly understood it certainly is a fun name.

By the end of the year there will be more than 100 million Bluetooth devices around the globe and the rate of growth is expected to be around 60% by 2008....
